12/10/2007 - Here I am in front of the Dáil Éireann, one of the two houses that make up the National Parliament - The Oireachtas. The constitution of 1937 states that the Oireachtas must consist of a President and two Houses: Dáil Éireann and Seanad Éireann. Both are located in Leinster House on Kildare Street and Merrion Square in the city centre.
