The Mother Hips played the first of
three shows in SF tonight at the Great
American Music Hall tonight. Built
Like Alaska and Jackpot
opened for them, and they were both really good. Well, we already knew that Jackpot totally rocks, but we'd never
seen Built Like Alaska before - they definitely brought the noise and rocked the joint. Neither of them could hold
a candle to the Hips though - they're just too darn good. Okay, I know I'm biased, but the Hips had a great set!
